Vendor
Booth
Questions

What are Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 booths?

There are three separate areas for vendor booths at ITSC. We’ve found over time that the areas get different visibility, so we’ve priced them accordingly. Tier 1 booths get the most traffic and visibility and thus cost the most. Tier 3 the least visibility, and thus are the most affordable.

All vendors with booths can participate in vendor bingo which is an incentive program for participants to visit all booths.

When can I set up my booth?

Exhibitors may setup their displays between 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19th.

When does my booth have to be ready?

All exhibits shall be set up, boxes stored, and aisles clear from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

When can I start dismantling my booth?

To avoid distraction of attendees, and in consideration of other exhibitors, dismantling of exhibits will begin on Monday, February 20, at 6:00 p.m. Dismantling prior to 6:00 p.m. is strongly discouraged, as we have had participants ask to allow more time to visit exhibits.

When must my booth be removed?

All exhibits must be removed by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21st.

What amenities are included with my booth?

Exhibiting at the Instructional Technology Strategies Conference includes the following:

  • One 8′ x 8′ booth
  • One 6′ table, draped and covered
  • Two chairs and a wastebasket
