Please check in at the Mt. Hood registration area to find out about nametags, Vendor Booth Raffle, drop off door prizes and to meet the OETC Staff.
Donation for Door Prizes -
Drop off your donation and business card at the Mt. Hood registration area upon your arrival.
Be prepared to take the mic and say a few words at 1pm on 2/20 in the Mt. Hood Ballroom. All donations will be properly recognized to the entire conference for maximum exposure and excitement!

The Vendor Booth Raffle -
As you conclude your product/service showcase, as well as, your meet and greet, make sure you check your new contact into the ITSC Raffle System. (Url & password provided at check-in.) This process will serve the following purposes:
1) The more check-ins the participants have the more opportunities they have to win door prizes during our Monday door prize event.
2) The more check-ins you have the more participant contacts you will receive after ITSC concludes. Meaning: If they had you check them off in the Vendor Raffle System then they have granted you permission to contact them in the future.
