Laptops

ITSC workshops rely on the use of a wireless-enabled laptop. As in the past wireless laptops are available for check-out. You will need to leave a drivers license or credit card on file when checking out a laptop.

ITSC Tickets for Events

You will need your workshop and session tickets to enter a workshop or session event. The tickets will be given to you with your name tag upon registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds will be accepted in writing only via U.S. mail, fax or e-mail Kim Buchanan. Please see the schedule below for fees associated with cancellations. No refunds will be given after February 1st. We recommend selecting team alternates for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

October 1 ~ February 1: $50 processing fee
February 2 ~ February 16: No refunds allowed

All ITSC activities will be held at the Portland Airport Sheraton. Special room rates have been established for this conference.

Sheraton Reservations are $109 single/double occupancy. Make online hotel reservations or call 888-625-5144 to book your room.
