A key component of the ITSC program is access to quality resources and software, which are integral to successfully integrating technology in the curriculum. Exhibiting at ITSC will give you access to key decisionmakers and their supporting teams. The goal of this working conference is to share, develop and discuss strategies for effective technology integration. More than 500 administrators, teachers, media specialists, technology coordinators and other educators are expected to participate in this unique conference.
Exhibiting Fee
ITSC is busting at the seams. To accommodate more participants and exhibitors we are expanding the exhibit space to include the lobbies of Mt. Hood, St. Helens and the Gardens. View the booth floorplans. These additional locations are high traffic areas where there is coffee service, breakfast and some appetizers. In addition we are putting together Exhibitor Bingo to encourage participants to visit your booth, and this will enter them in for prizes.
The early-bird registration fee to exhibit at ITSC is $500.00 by December 1, 2008, after that it is $600.00, depending on location of the booth. Spaces are limited and booth assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis when registering. Full payment for exhibits are due no late than February 1, 2009. We provide free wireless connectivity. If you require wired connectivity there is a $150 fee.
Exhibit Hours
OETC assumes no liability/responsibility for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, water, storm, vandalism, or other causes, but OETC will take reasonable precautions to protect the exhibits from such loss.
Installing and Dismantling
Exhibitors may setup their displays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15th. All exhibits shall be set up, boxes stored, and aisles clear from 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. To avoid distraction of attendees, and in consideration of other exhibitors, dismantling of exhibits will begin after the vendor reception on Monday, February 16th, at 6:15 p.m. DISMANTLING PRIOR TO 6:15pm is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED, as we have had participants ask to allow more time to visit exhibits. All exhibits must be removed by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17th.
Exhibitor Privileges
Exhibiting at the Instructional Technology Strategies Conference includes the following:- One 8' x 8' booth
- One 6' table, draped and covered
- One 110V outlet
- Wireless Internet access
- General security guard service
- Company listing and hyperlink on the ITSC website
- There will be two receptions, one continental breakfast, and one sit-down or boxed lunch. Please join us for lunch on Monday the 16th at 11:30 a.m. in the Mt. Hood Ballroom. You are welcome to sit at any table and network with the participants as long as you register for this free opportunity.
Lodging Information
All ITSC activities will be held at the Portland Airport Sheraton. Special room rates have been established for this conference:
Sheraton $109 single occupancy and double occupancy. $104 king occumpancy. Make online hotel reservations or call 888-625-5144 to book your room. The room block is under "ITSC".

Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit of $100, notice must be received at the OETC office prior to January 15, 2009. After this date no refunds will be given.

Vendor Affair Pre-Conference
Vendor Affair Pre-Conference on Sunday, February 15, 2009, is now filled. This is an opportunity for vendors to support our members by lowering the cost of the conference by sponsoring their session ($250-500). The goal is for our members and participants to support you, by purchasing your products.
Sessions will be chosen on the use of effective hands on technology integration. All our participants will have access to wireless laptops and we strongly encourage sessions that allow them to practice and try the software/hardware.
